Who we are. vexlari.shop is run by VEXLARI, a brand operated by Anand Mishra (sole proprietor), Khanpur, New Delhi 110080, India ("VEXLARI", "we"). We decide why and how your personal data is used, and we follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect.
- Details you give us: name, phone number, email, shipping and billing address, size choices, and messages you send to support.
- Order details: what you bought, when, how much, and how you paid. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on our payment partner's secure page; we never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and items added to cart, collected through cookies and similar tools (including Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) when you allow them.
Why we use it.
- To process, ship, exchange and refund your orders, and send you order and delivery updates by WhatsApp, SMS and email.
- To answer support requests and resolve complaints.
- To prevent fraud and misuse, including COD abuse, and to meet tax, accounting and legal duties.
- With your consent, to send you offers and new-drop alerts, and to measure and improve our ads and website. You can say no or withdraw consent at any time, and it won't affect your orders.
Who we share it with. Only with the service providers we need to run the store, under contracts that require them to protect it: Shopify (store platform), our payment gateway (Razorpay), Shiprocket and its courier partners, our WhatsApp and email messaging providers, and Meta and Google for analytics and ads (only with your consent). We may also share data when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data. Some providers store data outside India; we use only providers that protect it to the standards Indian law requires.
How long we keep it. Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally 8 years). Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights. You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, to correct, complete or update it, or to erase it when it is no longer needed for an order or a legal duty. You can withdraw consent, nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, and raise a grievance with us. Write to our Grievance Officer at sales@vexlari.shop; we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children. Our store is for adults. If you are under 18, please shop with a parent or guardian, who must place the order.
Security. We use HTTPS, access controls and the security of our platform providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
Cookies. Essential cookies keep your cart and checkout working. Analytics and advertising cookies run only if you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change this any time in your browser.
Changes. We will post any update to this policy on this page with a new date.
