Shipping Policy

Where we ship. VEXLARI ships to serviceable PIN codes across India. We do not ship internationally yet.

Delivery options and charges. Choose one at checkout:

  • Free Shipping: free on every order; 4–7 business days.
  • Standard: ₹29, free on orders of ₹999 and above; 3–5 business days.
  • Express: ₹59, free on orders of ₹1,999 and above; 1–2 business days, in cities our courier partners serve by express.

Delivery times count from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it is placed. There is no Cash on Delivery (COD) fee.

When your order leaves us. In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days of your order (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Pre-order items are dispatched by the date shown on the product page. If an order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, it ships together when the pre-order items are ready, unless you ask us to split it.

Remote areas. North-East, J&K, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep can take 3–5 extra business days, and Express may not be available there.

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, festivals and courier delays can add time.

Tracking. When your order ships, you get a tracking link by WhatsApp and email. You can also track it from your order confirmation email.

COD orders. COD is available on orders up to ₹3,000 at serviceable PIN codes. We confirm every COD order on WhatsApp before dispatch; an order that is not confirmed within 24 hours is cancelled. If a COD parcel is refused at delivery, we may turn off COD for future orders on that phone number and address.

Failed delivery. The courier attempts delivery up to 3 times. If the parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, we contact you to reship it (reshipping is charged at actual cost) or, for prepaid orders, refund the order value minus the actual forward and return shipping cost.

Damaged or tampered parcels. Do not accept a parcel that looks opened or damaged. If you notice a problem after opening, record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours (see our Return and refund policy).

Seller. Orders on vexlari.shop are sold and shipped by VEXLARI, a brand operated by Anand Mishra (sole proprietor), Khanpur, New Delhi 110080, India.
