Shipping policy

Where we ship. VEXLARI ships to serviceable PIN codes across India. We do not ship internationally yet.

Shipping charges. Shipping is free on every order, prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD). There is no COD fee.

When your order leaves us. In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days of your order (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Pre-order items are dispatched by the date shown on the product page. If an order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, it ships together when the pre-order items are ready, unless you ask us to split it.

Delivery time after dispatch.

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 5–8 business days
  • North-East, J&K, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep: 7–12 business days

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, festivals and courier delays can add time.

Tracking. When your order ships, you get a tracking link by WhatsApp and email. You can also track it from your order confirmation email.

COD orders. COD is available on orders up to ₹3,000 at serviceable PIN codes. We confirm every COD order on WhatsApp before dispatch, and an order that isn’t confirmed within 24 hours is cancelled. If a COD parcel is refused at delivery, we may turn off COD for future orders to that phone number and address.

Failed delivery. The courier attempts delivery up to 3 times. If the parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, we contact you. We can reship it at actual cost, or, for prepaid orders, refund the order value minus the actual forward and return shipping cost.

Damaged or tampered parcels. Do not accept a parcel that looks opened or damaged. If you notice a problem after opening, record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours (see our Return and refund policy).

Seller. Orders on vexlari.shop are sold and shipped by VEXLARI, a brand operated by Anand Mishra (sole proprietor), Khanpur, New Delhi 110080, India.
